The camera and camera lens are cleaned and it is checked whether the image is corrected or not. If the problem is not resolved after the cleaning process, the old camera is removed and the new camera is mounted, and it is checked whether the problem with the camera persists. Our customer is informed as the tests performed on camera malfunctions are concluded. When the approval is received from our customer, the problem is solved by continuing the process. If our customer does not approve the camera repair and replacement of the phone, he/she can get the phone back at no cost.
